Accommodation
Throughout the event, delegations will be accommodated in facilities selected for their comfort, proximity to the competition venues, and quality of service.
Participants will be accommodated by country.
In exceptional cases, due to the size of a delegation or the need to pair participants by gender, some members of a delegation may be accommodated in different hotels.
Where this occurs, the hotels will be located close to one another.
The Organising Committee will send the rooming list to each delegation, with the number and types of rooms already specified.
Each delegation is responsible for organising the allocation of these rooms.
