Catering
A catering service is provided to all accredited participants during the event.
The dining area will have a maximum seating capacity of 250 people.
WARNING: It should therefore not be regarded as a leisure or lounge area.
The venue will vary depending on the type of meal to be served. The list is set out below:

Meal Schedule/MenuVEGETARIANS
Dietary requirements and restrictions will be taken into account based on the number of responses received via the relevant form submitted previously.
Vegetarians will be identified by special stickers on their accreditation card. Those who are not vegetarian, or who did not indicate this requirement on the form submitted previously, will not be able to eat vegetarian meals.
OPENING CEREMONY
On the day of the Opening Ceremony, scheduled for 16 September at 6.00 pm, delegations will be able to collect a lunch box from their respective hotels.
WARNING: Exceptionally, the Catering Area will not be open for dinner on that day.
Meals on flight days
Lunch boxes will be provided to delegation members travelling to and from Figueira da Foz.
Delegations must indicate the required number of lunch boxes through the Dietary Restrictions, Intolerances & Preferences Form previously sent by the Organising Committee, in order to ensure that the appropriate number of meals can be prepared.
For the arrival journey, lunch boxes will be provided upon arrival in Figueira da Foz.
For the departure journey, lunch boxes will be provided at the delegation hotels, prior to departure to Oporto Airport.
