Transfers will be organised in accordance with the flight plans entered on the GMS Portal and already reconfirmed by the Delegation.

The OC would like to point out in advance that waiting times at the airport may, in some cases, be as long as 1 hour 30 minutes.

WARNING: *The only official entry/exit point is Oporto Airport (OPO). Delegations wishing to arrive at a different airport must come to Figueira da Foz by their own means.

Shuttle Service Details

During the competition, there will be two types of transport:

1. Scheduled shuttle: a shuttle service operating at set intervals, which will follow the route indicated below in accordance with the fixed timetable;

2. Team shuttle: a shuttle service organised in accordance with the competition timetable. Please note that this transport service will have a limited number of seats in accordance with FISU regulations, as set out in the table below.

Should any team exceed the numbers indicated above, any additional members may travel on the Scheduled Shuttle (1) or on foot. This shuttle will run regularly between the southernmost point (Torre do Relógio – Figueira da Foz) and the northernmost point (Hotel Atlântida Sol), passing by the competition venue (Buarcos Beach).

Northernmost pick-up point includes:

– Atlântida Sol;

Middle pick-up point include:

– Eurostars Oasis Plaza;

Participants staying at the Malibu Foz Hotel will need to go on foot to the Eurostars Oasis Plaza pick-up point (5 minutes walking).
